Anton assisted people for the past 30 years to implement their life dreams. He specialized in people productivity, with qualifications in work study, production and HR management, industrial psychology and training in various industries.

Anton’s research covered the topic of competencies needed by managers in the different functions of an organisation.

He is a registered Industrial Psychologist at The Health Professions Council of South Africa. The past 10 years he specialized in career counseling and training due to the huge need that exists.

During the counseling process the normal steps are followed, but Anton concentrates on the information o f the occupational world. He was active in industries from biological production, electronics and the mining industry. 

The more information a client has regarding his characteristics and he can fit it to realistic information form the training and occupational world, the better career choice can be made.
