Our career counselling assessment procedure is directed at learners in grades 9 to 12, as well as people looking for an occupation modification. By identifying your values, interests, and character attributes we are able to match you to the jobs where you will be happiest and most effective.

Career Guidance 4 U utilizes paper-based workouts and psychometric surveys, all assisted in by certified and signed up career guidance professionals.

• We do group assessments for High Schools, F.E.T. Colleges, Tertiary Institutions and Corporates. 
• We cover Differential Aptitude, Technical Aptitude, Interest and Personality. 
• This “self-information” is needed for subject choices, to choose a training institution, study or career choices or for selection purposes of candidates.
• Each student will receive a single page profile showing the results or a report, depending on the need. The institution can get the same per student and a summary of the results per group.
  Groups of up to 300 can be assessed, depending on the facilities available at the client.
